These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Nexloka website and services. By creating an account or using Nexloka in any way, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Using Nexloka
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract in order to use Nexloka. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. Accounts & Workspaces
You may create one or more workspaces or organizations within Nexloka. You are responsible for configuring access for members of your workspace, and for all data you store within the service.
3. Fees & Payments
Some parts of Nexloka are provided free of charge, while others require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes, in accordance with our pricing and billing terms. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse Nexloka, including but not limited to:
- violating any applicable laws or regulations;
- infringing the rights of others;
- attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other accounts;
- uploading malicious code, or using the service to distribute spam or malware;
- using Nexloka to host or process content that is illegal or harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
Nexloka and its underlying technology, design, and branding are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to Nexloka.
6. Termination
You may stop using Nexloka at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you materially breach these Terms or use the service in a way that could cause harm to us or others.
7. Disclaimers
Nexloka is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexloka and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through the service. Your continued use of Nexloka after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
