Refund & Cancellation Policy
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for Nexloka subscriptions and paid services.
Last updated: November 25th, 2025
1. Subscription Billing
Nexloka is offered on a subscription basis. Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (monthly or annually). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel it prior to renewal.
2. Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account billing settings. When you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
3. Refunds
As a general rule, payments are non-refundable and there are no refunds or credits for partially used billing periods. However, we may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund in specific cases such as duplicate charges or clearly documented billing errors.
Any approved refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase, within a reasonable timeframe.
4. Free Trials
If we offer a free trial period for a paid plan, you will be charged only after the trial period ends. If you do not wish to continue, you must cancel before the trial ends to avoid being charged.
5. Changes to Plans and Prices
We may modify subscription plans or adjust pricing from time to time. Any changes will be communicated in advance, and will take effect from your next billing cycle unless stated otherwise.
